Welcome to WhyChat ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the WhyChat mobile application and related services (the "App" or "Services"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using WhyChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. No Registration & Data Storage

• No User Accounts: WhyChat does not require user registration or authentication.
• No Data Storage: We do not store chat history, personal data, or user interactions on our servers. All interactions happen in real-time, and any processing is handled directly through integrated AI services.

3. AI Model Integrations & External Services
WhyChat provides access to multiple AI models, including GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and others. These models are provided by third-party platforms, and by using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Requests are sent to external AI providers for processing.
• We do not control responses generated by third-party AI services.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. Users should verify critical information independently.

4. Usage Guidelines
You agree to use WhyChat responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the App to:

• Generate or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Violate intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in automated or excessive requests that may overload the service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payments are processed via the App Store or Google Play at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID or Google Play settings. We do not process cancellations or refunds directly.

6. Modifications to the App & Terms
We may update these Terms or modify WhyChat at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. If significant updates are made, we may notify users where applicable.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• WhyChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the App.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
